Daniel's obituary
It is with a heavy heart that we announce of the passing of Daniel Edward Peabody.
He died peacefully in his home in Frisco, Texas on Saturday, October 28th 2023.
Born on March 25th 1966, Dan Peabody was originally from Huntsville, Alabama, the youngest of five sons to Eric and Blanche Peabody (Grzendzicki). During his childhood, the family lived in the states of New Jersey, Michigan, and Massachusetts, before settling in Garland, Texas.
He graduated from North Garland High School in 1984, and earned his BA in Journalism from the University of North Texas in 1990. Hard-working, charming, and honest, Danny became a successful sales executive.
In 1990, Dan married Terina Morgan of Humble, TX, and settled down in Frisco, Texas. Their union was blessed with two children, Jacob Peabody and Lauren Rupprecht.
Daniel Peabody was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Robert Peabody. He is survived by his family: Terina Peabody, son Jacob Peabody, daughter Lauren Rupprecht, son-in-law Jordan Rupprecht, and granddaughter Olivia Rupprecht. Dan is also survived by three older brothers: Joseph Peabody, Lawrence Peabody, and Alva Peabody.
Dan enjoyed spending time with his family, cooking delicious meals, golfing, riding his bike many miles, and cheering on his favorite football team the Dallas Cowboys. He was the guy who was all about having a good time while keeping it cool. Dan loved his children very much, and would often say they were his greatest accomplishments in life. He was smart, quick-witted, kind, and hardworking, and he always gave the best advice.
Dan cherished quality family and friend time, and we know he would love to have everyone come together to remember the good 'ole days. Please join us for a Celebration of Life for Dan. We will gather together on Sunday, November 5th, 2023 from 12pm-2pm at:
