Daniel's obituary
Daniel leaves behind his Father Daniel Jon McBride Sr., Mother Sandra McBride, sister Shannan, brothers Steven, Andrew, Corey and his two beloved dogs Apollo and Smokey.
Daniel lived in South Mills North Carolina for 21 years and had just recently moved to Rowe VA with his parents. Although, he passed in Virginia, North Carolina had his heart and is the place he called home. Daniel had many passions skating, hunting, fishing, racing cars, he was very patriotic, and he was mechanically inclined and could take anything broken apart fix it and put it back together.
His biggest passion though was animals and especially dogs. There wasn't a dog that he didn't love if he saw a dog that he thought was a stray he would make sure that the dog was going home with him. He would find a home and make sure that the dog was loved even if he had to keep the dog himself.
Daniel loved music and had eclectic taste he had such a broad love of all music. Music became a way for him to bond with family and his friends. He could find the perfect song to fit any situation and he often expressed himself through the music that he listened to.
Daniel loved his family and had many friends that became family to him. He had the biggest heart his heart was bigger than his body and he loved others more than himself at times. There isn't anyone that he could stay mad at because he knew that there was something to love in each and every person that was in his life.
Something that people may not know about Daniel is that he was spiritual and frequently read the bible. He highlighted many areas of things that touched his soul. Those things were special to him because they had meaning and fit into whatever situation or just daily life in general.
Daniel will be cremated and his cremains will go to South Mills NC where there will be a service and celebration of his life. This will take place in April providing that COVID restrictions have been loosened on the amount of people that can gather in one area at a time. The exact date will be provided on Facebook two weeks prior to the date of the service and celebration that way everyone who wants to attend will be able to.
