Daniel John Shea, 63, of Blaine, Minnesota, passed away on January 29th, 2022 with his daughter by his side after a difficult battle with complications from Covid-19. Dan was born on January 30th, 1958 to Connie Root in Elmira, New York. He spent most of his childhood in Houston, Texas and would say that is where he grew up. He joined the Navy in his early 20's.
