Daniel's obituary
Daniel Lee Sellers, 83, of Anderson, Indiana passed away on February 8, 2026. He was born on January 24, 1943, in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he resided for the first half of his life and spent the past 40 years in Indiana.
Daniel graduated from Cincinnati Bible College and served as minister the majority of his adult life. Later, he obtained a graduate degree in Bible seminary.
Daniel very proudly served his country in the United States Navy between 1961-1964. Dan served on President Kennedy's flagship, the USS Northampton, as a diesel engineer, including during the Cuban Missile Crisis. After his love for the Lord, wife, and family, he loved the Navy.
Dan retired in 2011 from American Welding, a company he founded and ran for over 30 years.
He was a member of the East Side Church of God.
Daniel is survived by his loving spouse of 47 years, Bobbi Sellers; his five children, Mechelle (Phillip Maynard) Saadawi, Mitsy (David) Croy, Marty (Robert) Parker, Joe Sellers and D. T. Sellers. He also leaves behind 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. He was a very cherished daddy, grandpa, spouse and friend to many.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Charlena McCarthy, who passed In 2009.

Formal Funeral in Indiana details:
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd Street, Anderson, Indiana, 46013.
*A memorial service will follow visitation at 1:00 pm.
* Celebration of Life to be held in Cincinnati, OH with Formal Funeral services to occur in Anderson, Indiana *
