We are planning a celebration of life for Daniel Joseph Gleason at 12:00 p.m. at the home of his daughter, Holly Gleason, and her fiance, Kevin Griggs. We want fellowship, love, and laughter as we remember and honor this man who was bigger than life, and who touched all of our lives so deeply. We plan to serve our family foods of sausage and peppers, gravy, meatballs, Italian wedding soup, cold cuts, lasagna, pineapple upside down cake, Harvey Wahrbanger Cake, Cement Cake, and of course the Eggplant Parmesan! We would love pictures, videos, stories, favorite songs, or whatever you've got to contribute to the event. We will have a margarita toast (or club soda for those who don't drink)! And you must wear garnet and black attire to attend! Daddy was an alumni of USC and a DIE HARD Gamecock Fan! We will also be hosting a virtual celebration of life the same day, for those who are unable to join us in person, at 6 p.m. Eastern Time. Details are still in the works.
