Daniel's obituary
With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Dan Dusablon, a beacon of gentleness and laughter who left us far too soon on June 2, 2025. Born on May 8, 1965, Dan lived a life filled with love, laughter and an unwavering dedication to his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving children, Lindsey (Danny) Hurst and Brady Dusablon, whom he adored. Dan was a larger than life figure, radiating warmth and a zest for life that permeated every room he entered. He was often described as the life of the party, his infectious laughter and beaming smile a constant source of joy for those around him. He was a devoted father to Brady, Lindsey, and Justin, and a loving grandfather to Bryson and Myles.
He believed in the power of community and never met a stranger, a testament to his open heart and welcoming spirit. His legacy is a testament to his kindness - a legacy of friendship, and a promise to always lend a hand to those who needed it.
Dan's other great love was sports, particularly Notre Dame football. He was a die-hard fan and held a special place in his heart for the Chicago area sports teams as well. His love of sports was infectious and was a beloved part of his vibrant personality.
A Celebration of Life for Dan will be held on June 8, 2025, at 4:00 pm at Wagon Wheel Lounge in Northville. His radiant spirit and infectious laughter will be celebrated, remembered, and missed, as we share stories, music, and memories of a man who was a joy to all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, a fund has been set up to help with final arrangements and to support Brady's education, which can be found at https://everloved.com/life-of…. Your generosity in honoring Dan's memory will be greatly appreciated.
As we navigate this difficult time, let us remember Daniel's message - to always help our friends and family, to keep laughter in our hearts, and to embrace every new person as a friend. His legacy of kindness and generosity will continue to inspire us and guide us in the years to come.
