It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Daniel Michael Buescher of Emily, MN at the age of 72 on May 9th, 2025.

Dan was born on January 13th, 1953 to Marian and Robert Buescher. He graduated from Richfield High School in 1971 and joined the family business, becoming an electrician for over 30 years. He stayed living in Richfield most of his life until he moved up to Emily, MN. There is where he was happiest, being surrounded by nature and a simpler way of living.

Dan lived a life of joy, love, and adventure, forever ingrained in the minds and hearts of those he left behind. His favorite tunes from The Who often filled the room, creating a lively atmosphere that mirrored his personality. He held a deep appreciation for classic rock, the outdoors, and a steak dinner.

Dan was the proud father of his son, David. He welcomed his first grandchild, Etta in 2024, she brought immense happiness to his life and he looked forward to the daily pictures and videos of her.

He is survived by son David (Samantha) Buescher, brothers Del Buescher and Dennis (LaDonna) Buescher, niece Samantha, and his granddaughter Etta Buescher.

He is preceded in death by his parents Marian and Robert Buescher.

While we mourn this loss, we also celebrate the life he lived. Details to follow on a celebration of life.
