Jack, 61, of Clarksburg, WV died unexpectedly on August 23, 2020 His loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened.
Jack was born on February 02, 1959 to [Phylis and Daniel J Barnett II in Custer addition Jack attended Washington Irving High and was passionate about His Service to our Country. After graduating high school, Jack joined the Military. He worked as a RN at the VA hospital. Jack also spent …
