What a beautiful written memorial . I’m so happy to know that Dan had so much happiness and so much love surrounding him through the years. His smile says it all. Jonna,  your words cannot be any more true about the man Dan was. And that’s exactly how my kids and I remember him. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Rest in Heaven Dan. You’ll always hold a special place in our hearts 🤍🕊️

Dan is one of the most humble and generous people I've ever met. He was a true friend to so many. I'll never forget when Grumpy and I were sick in bed with pneumonia and Dan and Jonna went right out to get us some noodle soup. It was such a small gesture but extremely meaningful to me, as it demonstrated just how big of a heart he had and the fact that he cared about our well being. I'll really miss poker nights, even though Dan usually kicked all of our asses lol. There aren't many people like Dan in the world and I'm honored that I was given the opportunity to meet him and call him my friend. I hope he and Grumpy have been able to meet on the other side and have a few laughs about how wrong Grumpy was about a couple of things. 😆 Much love and respect Dan, l'll miss you, please tell Grumpy I still love him too. 💚

I’m lost with my words 

Still trying to wrap my head around this tragic loss. My thoughts are with you, Johnna and Elizabeth.

I only got to me see Dan a few times over the years but I am glad I got to meet him. He was a great guy, funny as hell and genuine. He made my mother happy and he will be sorely missed. Rip Dan save a seat for the rest of us up there.
