Dane Kiilsgaard, 87, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2025, in Arlington, Tennessee. Born on December 6, 1937, in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, Dane lived a full and meaningful life rooted in faith, family, and a love for travel.

A devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Dane’s life was guided by his spiritual convictions and a deep commitment to those he loved. He found joy in visiting his children and extended family across the country, cherishing every opportunity to connect with them and share in their lives.

Dane is survived by his children: Scott Kiilsgaard of Las Vegas; Diana Asbury of Tennessee; Robert Kiilsgaard of Tennessee; and Jan Kiilsgaard of Arkansas. He also leaves behind nine grandchildren who brought him immense pride and happiness.

A memorial service to honor Dane’s life will be held in August at Grand View Cemetery on Cemetery Road in Bonners Ferry, Idaho (83805), the town where his journey began.
