Obituary
Danalee (Shamel) Hacker grew up in Competition, Missouri before moving to Bolivar to attend Southwest Baptist University (SBU) where she met her husband David. Shortly after graduation, on May 26, 1973 the pair married and moved to Kansas City where she attended graduate school at UMKC. Dana completed her MA in Psychology, working first at the Burrell Behavioral Health Center before beginning her teaching career at SBU in Bolivar. She has been described by many …
