Both Jeff and I send our discrete condolences. Dan was such a kind soul and will forever be missed.
Simply a wonderful guy!  A loyal and great friend. Creative, with a great imagination for life and all things things beautiful. We will miss him beyond words  Our hearts and prayers go out to Norman.

Ultimate appearances and Estetica  hair salon 1983 .. we both own salons we ran into each other and I like Dan.. he was always smiling.. he brought a lot of beauty in his salon to Shreveport ,cutting edge advertisements.. he was beloved.. fast forward to Facebook when Norman and Dan were still living in Austin.. They both came to lake charles laughter at lunch for sure, they still were in love , that was so obvious and happy.. Heartbreaking news when he went so fast.. he fought so hard. 🎯 never gave up. RiP . You made the world spin a little bit faster on its axis Daniel . with vibrant style and a generous heart.. ❤️

greatly missed so much your caring heart..

🌈 we have a brighter rainbow above us now. 🙏🏻..

I remember sitting in a class in high school with Dan.  I just looked at him for a few minutes; his purity and gentleness were emanating so radiantly.  I thought "He is a complete angel.".   I'll never forget that realization of Truth about Dan.  He was such a kind and generous hearted soul.  I've often thought of how fond I was of him, since then.  When we connected, again, recently, I was so happy he found Norm and they shared such a beautiful life of adventures together.   I was also so grateful to know of his creative successes and how he has touched so many hearts and lives with his beauty and graceful style.  Condolences to you, Norm.  He was a blessing, and I'm sure you were a blessing to him, as well.

  1. Dan always wore great clothes , fantastic shoes and drove a stylish car,BUT, his wrist watches were always the best. He had this Sapphire blue faced Fossil watch that I loved on him- sleek and tasteful, so Dan took me to Robinson’s May and helped me get one for my then husband. I was so thrilled to give it to him as a Christmas gift- but sadly the husband didn’t like it. Well, you can’t buy style for someone but you can return the watch , lose the fickle husband- and keep Dan as your near and dear and laugh about an ex who had no style 💙 We had so many adventures but I will always remember he and I dancing on tables at El Squid Row in Cabo! It was 2000! We were 38 years old and danced like we were 20! Dan will forever be dancing!💙
