Damian's obituary
With sadness, we announce the passing of Damian Murphy on September 25, 2025. He was born on December 6, 1971, to parents Michael and Shelia Murphy, making his life journey to the age of 53 years.
He is survived by his daughter, Chelsé (Justin) Rader, née Welch, his aunts, Maureen Heher and Sharon Heher, his uncle, RJ Heher, his son, Hunter Murphy and his longtime partner, Danielle Geiger.
He is predeceased by his parents, Michael and Shelia Murphy; his aunt, Mary Rose Heher, and his granddaughters, Zophie Heher Welch-Rader and Ember Kristen Welch-Rader.
As we mourn the loss of Damian, we must also celebrate his life, take inspiration from his spirit. To his surviving relatives, he was and always will be an irreplaceable part of our lives.
