Dale's obituary
Dale William Jenson, 71, of Renton, Washington, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2025. Born on October 13, 1953, in Salt Lake City, Dale lived a vibrant life filled with love, music, and adventure.
Dale was a dedicated Allstate agent in the Renton community for many years, where his warmth and professionalism touched countless lives. A true Parrothead, Dale’s passion for Jimmy Buffett’s music was the soundtrack of his life. He traveled far and wide to attend Buffett’s concerts, creating cherished memories with family and friends. Dale also loved escaping to tropical destinations, especially St. Maarten, where he and his beloved wife, Cheryl, shared many joyful moments.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Cheryl Ann Jenson; his children, William Cory Jenson (Kelli) of Spokane, WA, and Amanda Jo Priest (Scott) of Lake Tapps, WA; and his adored grandchildren, Brooklyn Jenson, Asher Jenson, Evan Priest, and Kellen Priest. Siblings Linda, Mark (Heidi), Connie (Paul), and Karen (Denzel), as well as stepdaughters Crystal (Gary), Damien & Arianna, Ash (Phil), Breaunna (Robert) Amani & Aerith, and Destiny (Justin) Kai.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents, William Alfred Jenson and Loree Shields.
Dale’s infectious spirit, love for music, and zest for life will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. A celebration of his life will be held on August 3rd.
