I had the pleasure of working with both Dale and Chris at In-N-Out Burger. 

One year I wasn’t able to go home for Thanksgiving and it would’ve been the first year I didn’t spend it with my family. Chris and Dale invited me over to their families Thanksgiving dinner so I didn’t have to celebrate alone. 

The night was full of great food and wonderful conversation. I will cherish this memory forever.

I am very shock & sad to hear the passing of Dale. He was a great husband to my friend, Liz DeLine, a  great father to Ashley, Alyssa & Chris & a great grandpa. Rest in Peace Dale DeLine & now you & Liz are back together again. Go rest high on the mountain & fly high with the angels, too. 🕊️🙏

Dale was such a wonderful man. I'll cherish his kindness and the words of encouragement he gave me when I needed a father's guidance the most. I'm so sorry for your loss. He will be greatly missed, but always remembered with a smile.
