Dakota Clifford Baker, Age 26, passed away peacefully April 17, 2022 with his mother and father by his side. He was born on Febuary 25, 1996 at Rockville General Hospital in Rockville Ct.

He is survived by his parents Jesse Baker and Melissa (Lee) Muniz. As well as his step mother Brenda Baker, step father Jose Muniz, siblings Coralyn Nagel, Naim Muniz, Carlito Muniz ,Tatiana Muniz, Brittanie Miles, Ricky Ward, Jose Muniz Franco Jr. His son Maxwell Baker. Many aunt uncles and cousins and tons of friends who loved him.

He is predeceased by his paternal grandmother Janet Baker, His paternal Grandfather Ronald Baker, Maternal Grandmother Coralyn (Cormier) Lee and Maternal Grandfather Larry Lee Sr. 

Dakota was a fearless soul and will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
