Cynthia's obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cynthia Wright, who left us on February 1, 2024. Born on June 4, 1950, Cynthia touched many lives with her strength, generosity and love.  She leaves to mourn her husband Nasir Butler I, her children Rasheema, Nasir II, Akil and Jibri, her siblings, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Throughout her life, Miss Cindy aka Aunt Boo served as a beacon of resilience and kindness, forming lifelong friendships and  helping out those in need. She was always giving people a helping hand. If you were hungry she made sure you ate, if you needed a listening ear or advice she was the one to go to. And if you needed someone to have your back you could always count on Miss. Cindy. Her beautiful spirit and courage continue to live on through her dear  family.

In the face of this profound loss, we find comfort in knowing that her legacy will forever remain etched in the hearts of those who knew her. May her soul rest in peace.
