I am so saddened to hear about Cindy. After returning from a work trip yesterday, I learned of her sudden unexpected passing. The sudden loss of someone so young is indescribable. Carl & family, my heart goes out to you all. Cindy was a beautiful soul who always welcomed me at the firehouse in the early days in the community on the rare occasion we ran into each other. Carl, you and Cindy were there to support my family during Declin’s celebration of life. I am so sorry I missed Cindy’s but please know I will be thinking of you often. Bless you all!

Wow what can I say about my sister. A beautiful soul inside and out taken way to soon. She always cared for her children and spouse and really anyone around her. Always thinking of others before herself. I never knew her to raise her voice a calming soul whomever was in her presents. We love you we will miss dearly until we meet again my love.
