Born on December 15, 1964 to loving parents [Frank curtis Laverne Bagley,Genevieve Bagley] immediately filled the lives of those around her with joy. Cynthia graduated high school in [unknown] and went on to pursue a degree in [degree type] at [university name]. She successfully completed her degree in [year of graduation].
