Cynthia Sue (Jungels Lackore) Saccomando, 66, of Cherry, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on Monday, June 2, 2025.
Born on February 24, 1959, in Chicago to Vernon and Shirley (Sprague) Jungels, Cynthia spent 65 years in Plainfield, Illinois, before embracing a new chapter "in the country" just last year. For over two decades, she dedicated her talents to various roles at Naper Settlement, a testament to her love for history.
