Cindy Lantzy,  beloved Mother and Nana, of Blair, NE passed away on August 29, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones.

She was born and raised in Denver, CO on July 27, 1955 to Mary and Jerry Lantzy and was the eldest of four children. Cindy attended Alameda High School before beginning a fulfilling career with the railroad.

She was a devoted mother to Nathan and Colby. She often spoke about how proud she was of who her sons had grown up to be. Although she loved her boys, it wasn’t until she was blessed with her grandchildren, that she truly felt alive.

When she wasn’t spending time with her family, Cindy could often be found crafting, watching spooky movies, loving on her Boston Terriers, or planning her next perfect prank. She was always finding ways to make those around her feel seen, loved, and acknowledged.

No matter what life threw her way, her faith in God was unwavering.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Mary, Jerry, and her brother Mike. She is survived by her sons: Nathan and Colby, daughter in-law’s: Laura and Simone, and grandchildren: Harper, Austen, Tanner, and Cayden.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cindy Lantzy Family. Private services have been held by the immediate family.
