My dad worked with Cindy at Kyle for many years and she gave me my first babysitting job in Pburg. My dad taught me clean dishes or pick up after the kids to make it easier on the mom. But then she made me cook! Who eats noodles with plain tomato sauce? Nathan and Colby! lol. So it was easy and we survived. š¤¢
I remember she helped me prank my friends on my way to a sleepover at Tiffany Thomasās house. I said I was in a car wreck and broke my leg but would be over soon. They tried to kill me when I walked in fine. š¬
I remember Cindyās wedding to Dan and the Byerleins and being sitter on duty that night. Meeting Paul and Vera was a blessing and he let me interview him about his time in war and shared his photos with me. Scruffy man but good soul. ā¤ļø
I remember her gorgeous house in the country and how incredible she was at decorating. I loved that place and only seen it once probably šĀ
I moved to Florida about 20 years ago and she moved to Colorado and then Nebraska and I never got to see her again in the flesh š„ŗ
When my dad passed in 2021, she comforted me with words about how much he loved me and then again when my mom passed in 2023. She knew me well and she knew my parents hearts. She loved her kids with her all and I wish I could have seen her with her grandkids! I can only imagine how loving, fun and maybe a little spoiling she was š
Iām so sorry for your loss boys, and your kidsā loss. You had a great momma and thereās no doubt she lived and breathed for you all. May she rest in peace and be forever an angel still loving you from above and wanting the best life imaginable for you. Prayers and hugs. šĀ

Cindy and were very close when her and your dad lived in Logan. She trusted me every day to take care of her boys. She would bring them every morning and sometimes she had a little gift for me. I would ask what this for she would say just because. She called me one day and said can you come over. She was in labor and Leland was at work.Little Colby was wanting out.I took her for a walk to help with labor. She would stop walking when she had a contraction.I told her come on itās not that bad. She looked at me and said how the hell would you know Iām the one having them.We both started laughing and she said please donāt make me laugh.Youāre mom was one beautiful person. Ā Love to both of you and your family.

Cindy and I were close so growing up and she was my maid of honor when I got married in 1979. Over the years as we were both raising our kids, we didnāt stay in touch. As she retired we became closer than ever, and she meant the world to me. I am going to miss herinfectious smile and laugh. Love you Cindy LouHoo!ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøš¢
