So Sorry to hear about her.  Rita Jackson RN
My heart and prayers are with all of you. I hope the memories will bring you joy during this heartbreak.

-Laurel Isicoff and family

I will always hold Cousin Cyndi dear in my heart.   I have wonderful memories of boating on the lake in Florida and getting packages in the mail of beautiful hand-me-down dresses from her.  Her Uncle Jim & Aunt Marty were always delighted to hear of Cyndi's accomplishments and our whole family is so very proud of her.   All my love to Dale and your super kids Trace, Courtney and Lilly.   Love, Cousin Linda

Remembering cousin Cyndi on the occasion of the original Carson twins' birthday.  Our Dad, Jim & Uncle John along with Uncle Dale and Grandma taught us the value of a good sense of humor.  It carries us through the good times and bad.  Mix in Aunt Doris's enthusiasm for living  and we had one fun cousin.  Cyndi grew into such a wonderful woman who accomplished so much in her shortened life.  She will be always be thought of with a smile. The California cousins send our love to cousins Craig & Chris and all you Jacksons.

Dale, Lilly, Courtney & Trace, our condolences at this time of loss. You were blessed to have Cyndi as a wife & mom. We enjoyed visiting her at her courtroom a few years back when we had a family vacation to DisneyWorld. She had each of the kids take a picture sitting at the bench in judge’s robes. They loved it. Cyndi was a special cousin. I have fond memories as a child visiting her when me and my sister Kerry went to Jacksonville on family trips to see our Grandma Carson (Lillian). Love to you all. John & Eileen
My heartfelt condolences to the Carson and Jackson families and the many who knew Cyndi as a dear friend. I am so grateful for Cyndi’s friendship and mentorship when I started my legal career at Smith Hulsey. She brought heart and humor into her practice, modeling the type of attorney I wanted to be when I “grew up.” We only worked together for a couple of years, but she had an incredible impact on me personally and professionally. Her memory will always be a blessing.
This dynamite woman was such a stunning combination of her mom and pop, two incredible people. Cyndi was the best of both! I loved her and will miss her. Julie and Bill Mason

I'm so sorry for the loss of Cyndi. I am so saddened by the loss of this sweet soul - for her family, her friends, and all those on whom she had an impact.  I pray that the emptiness that yawns will be filled with sweet memories and love.

I'll always think of her whenever I remember my time at Smith Hulsey. She was one of the best! I watched her come in as a young attorney with a bright and fresh outlook and grow into a mature, confident, capable partner and, ultimately, a judge.

As a colleague, I delighted in working with her and as my respect  and admiration grew so did our friendship. When she was pregnant with Trace, 3 of us ate lunch together frequently (where it was important to have bread immediately...LOL) and when she had a craving for olives while working late, I would go to the Omni bar and get her a cupful of them. When I was diagnosed with MS, she was extremely supportive and set up time with her mom to help me as well. There are too many memories and stories to reiterate but I will treasure them and thank God this woman was in my life.

I was so saddened to learn of Judge Jackson’s passing. I was fortunate to serve as her law clerk at the beginning of my legal career,  early on in her judgeship. That clerkship shaped the entire trajectory of my career, and I’ll be forever grateful for it. Judge Jackson was kind, funny, and so family oriented. I’m so sorry for your loss.
