It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Cynthia "Dee" Grubaugh. Known affectionately as Dee, she was a beacon of light for those who knew her. Born on September 10, 1932, and transitioning from this world on April 23, 2025, Dee's life was filled with courage, passion, and an unwavering commitment to making a difference.
