After a difficult battle with COPD, Cynthia "Cyndee" Garcia passed away peacefully on October 18, 2022 surrounded by her loved ones.
Born in Carthage, MO to Julia (Garcia) Brown, and Ray Atencio Garcia (Viola) Cynthia was described as a bundle of love. Cynthia was passionate about giving back from a very young age and participated in managing recovery homes, children’s homes and, in home nurse assisting over the years.
