Cynthia “Cindy” Ann Fulcher, a cherished partner, devoted mother, loving daughter, caring sister, adored grandmother, and dear great-grandmother, passed away on November 8, 2023. Her life was a testament to her love, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family and friends.
Cindy was born on August 3, 1961, in Battle Creek, MI to Larry and Jacqueline (VanDenberg) Fulcher. Her life was a tapestry woven with countless beautiful moments, from her nurturing role as a mother and grandmother to her deep connections as a partner, daughter, sister, and friend. She embodied compassion, selflessness, and an infectious sense of humor that brightened the lives of everyone she encountered.
She will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and her commitment to creating a welcoming and loving environment for her family, friends, and people who needed somewhere to go. Her laughter and love will forever echo in the hearts of those she touched.
Cindy is survived by her partner, James McCleary, her beloved children Michael Giese, Melinda (Jacob) Tripp, Jessica (Ahmed) McCleary, and Cody (Talar) McCleary, her mother Jackie Fulcher, and her daughter-in-love, Amanda. She is also survived by her adored grandchildren: Daniel Walker, Darius Walker, Aubryana Tripp, Jayda Tripp, Cai Tripp, Frankie Tripp, and Kiano Ali-Toti, who brought her immense joy and love, as well as her treasured great-grandchildren: Avery, Adrianna, and Ava, her siblings Larry (Michelle) Fulcher and Karen (Shaun) Morrison, many nieces and nephews, and a wide circle of friends whose lives were enriched by her presence.
Cindy was preceded in death by her father, Larry Fulcher, sister, Marilyn (Susie) Fulcher, and nephew, Johnathon (Critter) Fulcher.
A Celebration of Cindy's Life will take place on Monday, November 13, 2023, at The Salvation Army, 400 Capital Ave NE, Battle Creek, MI 49017.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to assist with medical expenses incurred.
Cindy’s legacy of love and kindness will endure a testament to the profound impact she had on the lives of those fortunate enough to know her.
