Cynthia Fosella, 73, of Boise, ID passed away peacefully on July 01, 2022, surrounded by her family and loved ones. Cynthia grew up in Southington, CT. She and her husband Frank moved to Boise Idaho in 1984, a town they grew to love and never left. She worked as an administrative assistant for many years. She was an active member and Secretary of the Laureate Alpha Beta of Beta Sigma Phi, also being their queen …
