Cynthia's obituary
Cindy was born on June 28, 1960 in Troy, MO to Richard & Fern Snarr. She attended Wentzville School District & later worked for St Charles County.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, Richard D. & Fern A. Snarr. She is survived by two brothers, Randy & Larry Snarr; two children, Amanda Lee (Stricker) & Steven Hoard II; as well as several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other extended family.
Family and friends are asked to donate to their charity of choice in Cynthia’s honor in lieu of flowers.
