Cindy underwent surgery in Bedford Virginia for a bowel obstruction. Due to complications of the surgery she transferred to Lynchburg, VA. after a long hard fight over a period of four months it became just too much for her body to fight. Cindy ultimately ended her battle with Advanced Lung Disease and had a cardiac event which ended her suffering when the lord called her home at 12:24am on 2/22/23.

Cynthia "Cindy" Brown, age 67, passed away peacefully at Lynchburg General Hospital on February 22, 2023. Cindy was born in Baltimore and grew up in Lutherville, Maryland she had also spent time living in California, Pennsylvania and most recently Bedford, Virginia. If you knew Cindy, you knew she had a huge heart and would help anyone if she could. In her younger years she grew up spending her summers at Maryland Yacht Club where her …
