>Curtis Ramsey, 67, of Payson, AZ, passed away on August 25, 2025 after an ischemic stroke.
He was born on January 8, 1958 in Waco, TX to Billie Lorraine Garrett Ramsey and Joe Edward Ramsey. After high school he joined the U.S. Army in April of 1975 where he remained until July of 1981.
