Csilla's obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Csilla "Susie" Hull, who left us on August 16, 2023. Born on August 2, 1944 in Hungary, Csilla, fondly referred to as Susie, lived a full, vibrant life, embedding her legacy in the hearts of all she encountered. Csilla had a strong preference for her birth name, reflecting her unique individuality and strength of character.
Remembered for her strong, caring, and loving personality, Csilla’s resilience and warmth left an indelible mark on everyone she encountered. She was a pillar of strength and wisdom, often sharing with those around her the importance of making a good first impression. Her lessons were built on the foundations of respect and kindness, leaving lasting impressions wherever she tread.
One of Csilla's most notable accomplishments, which she held close to her heart, was her unyielding dedication to raising her daughter, Deana Veale, to be strong and independent. This legacy was passed onto her beloved granddaughter, Amanda Teuteberg, symbolizing the passage of strength and resilience through generations. Csilla found great joy in nurturing this strength and witnessing the thriving growth of her family lineage.
Csilla was predeceased by her dear daughter, Deana Veale, a loss that deeply affected her, yet also instilled an even stronger commitment to cherishing family connections. She is survived by her granddaughter, Amanda, her husband Keith and their two children Ryland and Samuel. As well as her sister, Mary Kuechler, who continue to carry her memory in their hearts and actions.
Csilla's unique legacy was visual as much as it was emotional. She always emphasized the importance of outward presentation, with her favorite motto being: "Always make sure your eyebrows are on and don't forget your lipstick." This signature phrase encapsulates Csilla’s spirit and will continue to inspire smiles, poise, and confidence in those who remember her.
Csilla’s remarkable energy, wrapped in strength, compassion, and a pinch of glamour, will be profoundly missed by all that knew her. May her soul rest in peace, and may her love and light continue to shine on those she has left behind.
