Personal note from Spencer and Cali Walker

We wanted to take a moment to share an update regarding our dad’s celebration of life.

At this time, there is still no set date. There are several things that have made it difficult for us to move forward with planning. One of the biggest challenges has been the limited number of people who have reached out expressing interest in attending—aside from our mom’s side of the family and our dad’s sister, only two others have contacted us. We also do not have current addresses or contact information for many people, which makes sending out invitations nearly impossible.

As you can imagine, the cost of a memorial service can add up quickly. Our mom has been incredibly generous in offering to cover everything we may want or need (aside from the donation), and we are so grateful for that. However, we would hate for her to go through all that effort and expense if very few people are able to attend.

We are also waiting for our grandfather—our dad’s father—to return to the United States. He has been out of the country for some time, and we expect him back within the next month.

Because of all of this, we have been considering scaling things back and having something more simple and laid back. That way, we can still come together with the family we do have and celebrate our dad’s life without the pressure, cost, or feeling like we are chasing people down just to attend.

We understand—life happens. And sometimes, before we know it, it doesn’t. We truly are at peace with whatever level of participation there may be. We just wanted to honor him in what we believed was the right way.

With that being said, this will be our final effort to reach anyone who may want to attend. If you would like to be there, please, please, please reach out and send us your contact information. You can easily private message us here.

Thank you.

Updates

Update from April 21, 2026

Also, please if you have any pictures or videos of our father and you would like to share them please kindly message those to us for our tribute video. We have very little, no access to his personal belongings or other family items, so we are counting on those fun candid photos to include in this video. Those are always the most heartfelt anyways. If you could also get those to us no later then the first week in May that would be wonderful.

Sincerely,
Spencer and Cali Walker

Update from April 21, 2026

Hello all! I wanted to post a quick reminder that we are still in need of addresses to those that would like to attend Craseem Walker's Celebration of Life. We have had a total of 3 people reach out to us, with 2 giving us addresses. I know that many, as myself, have extremely busy lives. There is no obligation to attend; we just want to make sure we are not leaving anyone out. We have minimal resources on who we personally can reach out to, so we leave it to the Memorial page, Facebook, and of course word of mouth. Also, feel free to share this page so other's we may not know of have the opportunity to check here for updates and/or reach out.
As mentioned in a previous update, the children wishes were to hold this event once school was out. We are still working with the beginning of June. We will have all inventions in the mail the first week of May. This leaves ample time for those that need to make arrangements to attend to do so. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. You can private message directly here, Facebook, or feel free to call or text me if you have my number.
While this has been a difficult for many, the children appreciate the few that have taken the time to reach out to them as well as those who have left fond memories of their father. Through each and every one of you Craseem's spirit is alive. Thank you again!

Best,
Casie (Spencer and Cali's mother)

Update from April 9, 2026

We wanted to share an update regarding our dad’s Celebration of Life. We are looking at the beginning of June for it to take place.

We made the decision to wait until then so we could have some time to grieve, while also trying to keep some normalcy with school, sports, and our other activities. We have also waited for our grandfather to return to the United States so that he has the opportunity to be part of honoring Dad as well.

As we have begun making plans, we need to put together a guest list and have contact information for everyone who would like to attend. At this time, very few people have reached out to us, and in order to plan for invitations, food, seating, and other important details, we need to know who plans to be there.

If you would like to attend Dad’s Celebration of Life, please message us privately here, leave a comment, or contact our mom with your name and mailing address no later than May 1st. Invitations will then be mailed with all of the details in plenty of time.

Thank you to everyone who has continued to love and remember our dad. It means more to us than words can say.

Update from March 16, 2026

We wanted to share a quick update regarding our father’s Celebration of Life. A venue has officially been selected, and we are currently waiting to hear back on available dates for April and May. Because we have family and friends traveling from out of state, we are doing our best to choose a date that allows as many loved ones as possible to attend.

Once the date is finalized, we will begin confirming the remaining details. In the meantime, we kindly ask that this page be shared as much as possible so we can reach those we may not yet be in contact with.

If you are interested in attending, please send a message here on Ever Loved or reach out to our mother directly. We are gathering names and addresses to create a formal invite list, as we will be sending out custom invitations for this event.

It is very important that we have an accurate guest count and RSVPs to properly plan the dinner and other arrangements for our father’s Celebration of Life.

Thank you all for your continued love and support during this time.

His Children,
Spencer and Cali Walker

Update from March 10, 2026

As we continue planning our father’s Celebration of Life, we are currently working on putting together our invite list. If you would like to join us in honoring and celebrating his life, we kindly ask that you please send us your name and mailing address.

This information will help us properly acknowledge those who wish to share in this special day with us. It will also allow us to plan accordingly for important details such as the size of the venue, seating, and catering as we work to create a meaningful gathering for everyone.

You may kindly reach out by sending a message through this memorial page, or feel free to message our mother directly with your information.

We truly appreciate the continued love, support, and memories that have been shared with our family during this time. It means more to us than words can express as we honor our father’s life together.
