I was so sorry to hear about Craig's passing.  I will always remember Craig for the passion and dedication he poured into everything he did. He kept things fun, a little edgy, and he excelled at anything he set his mind to—including a perfectly executed office prank. Craig put his whole heart into his work, his friendships, and every person he met. He had a rare gift for building trust and forming genuine connections almost instantly, making anyone he spoke with feel valued and understood. Whether it was his unique communication style, his huge personality, or simply his incredible heart, Craig had a way of leaving a lasting impression. He believed deeply in the power of attitude, often saying,

“Attitude can either be a cancer or contagious. I would rather be contagious…”—and he truly was.

I’ll always hold onto the memories of our trips to Chicago for Pack-Expo—his passion for food, his excitement to explore, and the way he made even the simplest dinner feel special. Walking past Portillo’s or the Chop House downtown always brings him back to me. His energy, his laugh, and the joy he carried live on in those places and in the many lives he touched.

So many fun times...game nights, holiday parties, BBQ's, pool parties, Mardi Gras, Cajun Cook-offs, wine club, Gulf Shores...truly, so many great memories!  Craig was always so fun to be around and a chef extraordinaire.  Dan and I are definitely going to miss him.

We are grateful that we were able to stay close as Craig's dementia worsened...to make our friendship last as long as possible, to keep our time together comfortable, and to continue to see glimmers of the "old Craig".  And how could we not love hearing Craig laugh at our pickleball mishaps?!
