Craig Alexander Hall was born in Seattle WA, February 13, 1975, the son of the late Donald Oliver Hall and Nancy Darlene Hall. He grew up in Kirkland, WA. He attended elementary grade school in Seattle at a school for the deaf, as he was born with a profound hearing loss. He eventually transferred into the local public schools, graduating from Lake Washington High School, class of 1993.
