Courtney was an amazing person who always had a positive outlook on life. I met her through a friend and we took in a Texas rangers game which was a lot of fun. She was a great person who will be terrible missed by all.

So sorry to hear of Courtney's passing. I'll always remember playing together as little girls and going to the mall together. I thought she was so cool growing up. We had so much in common from loving Disney and Amazing Race to wanting to be a teacher but not being able to because of health issues. Her strength gives me strength and I'll always be inspired by her. I'm so glad I had the chance to know her. Sending love to all her family and friends
