We send our deepest condolences to Paul and all members of Sissy’s family. Sissy and I were college roommates and fellow English majors. We worked together at the District Court in Annapolis and enjoyed a lifetime of friendship. We had many fun, good times together and I’ll miss her! Love to all❤️
