Corine Woodard Hines, 95, passed away on August 2, 2021 in Palatka, FL. Corine was born November 4, 1925 in Lake Bird, Florida to Andrew Albert Woodard and Ruby Valee Ellison Woodard.

Corine was of the Baptist faith. She was a homemaker.

Corine was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew Albert Woodard and Ruby Valee Ellison Woodard; her husband, James Monroe Hines, Sr.; her brothers, Albert “Woody” Woodard, Sylvester “Buck” Woodard and Jackie Woodard.

Corine is survived by her son, Jimmy Hines; her siblings, Preston Woodard, Richard Woodard and his wife Gwen, Miriam Woodard, Bonnie Faye Culpepper and Shirley Bishop and her husband Phil; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Memorial Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at 10:00 AM at Lake Bird United Methodist Church Cemetery. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
