Corey Ray Harrison

Corey Ray Harrison, age 35, of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, passed away on August 8, 2025. Born on June 25, 1990, in Fontana, California, Corey was known for his kind heart, sense of humor, and the deep love he had for his family.

Corey spent much of his adulthood working in food service, where his hard work and easygoing personality left an impression on everyone he met. In recent years, he found a new sense of purpose and fulfillment working in elderly care at a local assisted living facility—a role that allowed his compassion and dedication to shine.

He enjoyed fishing and golfing with his father before his father’s passing, cooking, playing video games with his friends and his son, sketching and drawing in his quiet moments, and cheering on his all-time favorite football team, the Los Angeles Rams.

Corey is survived by his daughters, Riley and Abigail; his son, Levi James Harrison; his mother, Christine Kennerknecht (Kerry Padberg); his sister, Brittany Jenkins (Robert Jenkins); and his nephews, Zachary and Luke Jenkins. He was preceded in death by his father, John Harrison.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 7:00 pm

Corey will be remembered for his humor, compassion, and ability to uplift others. Corey loved his children deeply and cherished the moments he spent with them. He leaves behind countless memories that will be cherished by all who knew and loved him.
