Several of our team members were able to meet and work side-by-side with Constantine during the EHR go-live at one of our facilities back in 2022. It was easy to see then that while he was a pleasure and joy to be around, he was also an ace when it came down to business and the tasks at hand. References to Constantine being a light in every room certainly ring true to those of us that were fortunate enough to have worked with him. His passion and love for his family was very evident as he would keep us updated on his trips and various humorous stories involving his family life. He previously talked some times of possibly making it back down to Louisiana if we were in need of further EHR training, and it is with deep sadness now as I reflect that the opportunity never presented itself for us to make that happen. We send out our deepest sympathies to not only his Fusion family, but especially to his family at home that he leaves behind. We are truly heart-broken at this loss.

When I first started at Fusion Constantine was one of the first people outside my team to come over and joke around, he really helped me settle in and feel included as part of the Fusion family.
Last year during my honeymoon, we ended up in Rhodes at the same time & he went out of his way to come get us and take us to the beach he was at, just so we could experience a little piece of the amazing place that he loved. We are so thankful to have been able to share this time with him and send our deepest condolences.

The first time I met Kosta, he came to LA to visit Katherine. He knew I was going to be hard to win over, because I’m a protective younger sister and nobody is good enough for Katherine. When he arrived he brought 3 gifts for me: A chocolate bar, a bone for my dog—Tuna, and a straw because I had a viral video on social media featuring a straw. He paid such good attention to others.

Dear Katherine, my heart is heavy and aching for your loss. I remember you talking so passionately about your love for each other and your deep spiritual connection from the beginning of your relationship. I’m sure I can only imagine the depth of your loss. I pray you feel his presence ever close to you as you walk these intense days of grief. Sending you so much love and comfort and praying you feel it constantly in the weeks and months to come.

Katherine, I am so sorry for the loss of your husband. Everything I have read about him says he is just as extraordinary as you deserve. Your family is firmly in my thoughts and I’m sending you all my love.

Kosta was a legend. When it came to being a father to his children, he was the best of the best. I will miss our insta posts, world news events, and especially crypto. He wanted to learn so bad. A student of the game. Whatever our strengths were in life we shared them with each other. I’m still not ok. Even to the last second of his life we would share posts. I believe he sent me the last post when he was sitting in that barbershop getting a haircut. Also was a great cousin and friend. Even tho we were technically 3rd cousins, he treated me like I was part of his immediate family, and I did the same. Took care of me when I was younger as well. They say god takes the best, he definitely did with this one. I will miss you so much man. My chest hurts I can hardly breath writing this. I will never be the same. Love you bro.

I have been thrilled to see Katherine's great love story finally unfold. She is an incredible human and I was so happy to see someone match her in her depth and could see what a special human she was. This Grecian goddess started called him in during our Santorini trip I'm sure :)
Thinking of all and sending prayers and love.

Though I worked with Constantine only briefly, I will always remember his deep commitment to growth and learning. As we were kicking off conversations about his new role, and the relationships he hoped to build -- I was struck by his desire to read books, listen to podcasts, and truly dive deep to become a better manager, colleague, and friend at work.
In my experience -- this type of commitment is a rarity. Often people think that management is just telling people what to do -- but that was never the case for Constantine.
He always wanted to do the best by his team -- to be the best he could be for not just himself, but everyone around him.
Memory Eternal.
