I am so sorry that I did not know she passed away  last year.  Seems like we just talked.  The world was a better place with her.  I had some great times with her and we shared so much together.

Jen & CJ, your Moma was a light in my sister's life. Lee met Connie while working at Getty Oil, I believe. Your Mom loved life and was such a sweet woman. I am so proud of her for traveling all those states, BT HERSELF! We have lotzs of pictures of her journey this year. She was a wonderful person and I am so glad I knew her! She is waiting for you 3 in Alaska!!

May she get to go back to the places she loved the most!!
I loved your mom's adventurous spirit and treasured her friendship. She loved her children and her precious Levi so very much. Praying for God to comfort you and give you that same strength and resilience he gave your mom. 🤍🤍

Connie was aglow upon returning from her trip.  She felt closer to her mom and had resolved her feelings on other parts of her life.  Life was good.  Her death was sudden and a shocked to us all.  I am so glad you are helping her complete her travel to Alaska.
I'm trying hard to imagine what your first day in heaven is like! ♡ My beautiful friend Connie graduated today! We had been through pneumonia and an infectious illness together since our 4th of July get together at her Condo in Galveston, we recovered, spent July 24/25 together with Terry and his friend David in our home singing and dancing, drinking champagne and playing a rousing game of Sorry. We spoke together on the phone the following Friday, July 29, rejoicing that we were feeling Fabulous once again and making plans for a future get together before school started. The next day, on Saturday, July 30th my dear friend suffered a massive heart attack and went to be with the Lord today, Aug 2nd! The pain of missing you is excruciating this side of heaven but thanking God for our blessed HOPE! We are believers and will see each other again because of God's amazing grace and sacrifice for our sin! Forever my love and friendship Connie, my fabulous friend! Please pray for her son and daughter and 3 year old grandson Levi!
