Constance "Connie" Hamilton went home to Jesus on September 22, 2023 at age 78.

Connie was born to Ervin and Viva Gilmore on March 25, 1945 in Unionville, MI. Connie met her husband, Roger, in 1964 in Bethlehem, PA when returning home for her sister's wedding. They married in 1967 and went on to have two sons, Chris and Bryce. Connie graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Education from Moravian University in 1967, a Master's of Arts in Teaching in 1972 from Oakland University, and an Education Specialist in School Administration from Oakland University in 1988. Connie was an educator for over 35 years, teaching children in both elementary and middle school. In addition to being a dedicated and loving wife and mother, Connie also loved traveling, especially to New Zealand. Throughout her entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her. Now that Connie has passed into the arms of our Lord, we should remind ourselves that while this is the end of Connie's physical life on Earth, she is in eternity with the Lord our savior Jesus Christ. Connie joins her husband Roger in Heaven. She is survived by many loving family members, including Chris (Kim) Hamilton, Bryce (Cathy) Hamilton, 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place and a service for the family will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Stephen Lutheran Church (Waterford, MI) or Oakland County Animal Shelter in her name.
