I am Connie's cousin and I remember her from our early days when our Edie grandparents would have all of their family for Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations on the family farm in PossumHollow. Connie was 6months older than me. My dad, Byron, is Florence's older brother. He told us Florence was his favorite sibling because she was spunky. It sounds like Connie was also .I metConnie again when she met me at Kent State University and took me to their home in  Hudson for a visit.I lost  contact after that until she lived in Montana and we corresponded for a time. Please accept  Imy condolences on the loss of Connie.

Marilyn loved George, growing up in Aurora, as part of his greater family.

John knew and loved George and Connie beginning during his five years of graduate school while living with Marilyn's family.

Such a wonderful couple and great family.

I never met Connie, but I heard so much about her from Matt, who was able to thrive at Carleton College and become a lifelong reader and thinker because of her influence and dedication. I wish I could have met this wonderful mother and advocate!
