Connie Lynn Williams, 74, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2025, in Haslett, Michigan.
Born on September 26, 1951, Connie graduated from Lansing Eastern High School and later built a dedicated career at General Motors before retiring. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose warmth and joyful spirit touched all who knew her.
Connie is survived by her devoted husband, Arthur “Butch” Williams; sons Danny (Peggy) Curtis and Chad (Dawn) Curtis; grandchildren Autumn (Trevor) Curtis, Josh (Rosa) Curtis, Quaid (Alyssa) Curtis, Chelsea (Jacob) Hunt, and Corbin (Chelsey) Curtis; as well as 14 great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her sister Diane (Don) Adams.
She was preceded in death by her mother Verma Viola Collins; father Francis Rose; and siblings Gary Lee Robins, Barbara Jean, Marjorie Pierson, and George Robbins.
Connie found joy in the simple pleasures of life—sunny summer days spent boating and fishing were among her favorite pastimes. She cherished time with family and friends at their place up north and especially loved summers in Detour. Whether vacationing with her grandchildren or enjoying laughter-filled evenings out in the barn with friends, Connie brought light and laughter wherever she went.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the summer of 2026 to honor Connie’s memory and the love she shared so freely.
Her legacy lives on through the many lives she touched. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
