Connie Toro was born on September 26, 1948 in Salem, New Jersey and departed this life on November 4, 2024 in Bradenton, Florida. Known for her vibrant personality, Connie was described by those who knew her as kind, honest, loyal and innately funny. Her presence was a bright light, touching everyone she met with a radiant spirit that will forever be missed.
She leaves behind a devoted family who will continue to honor her legacy of love, generosity, and kindness. Surviving family members include her 3 children (Anthony, Vivian and Delores), 8 Grandchildren (Michael, Amanda, AJ, Kori, Kiersten, Jeremy, Austin, and Samantha), and 11 great-grandchildren (William, Aaryanna, Luke, Carter, Hayden, Raelynn, Chloe, Owen and Hayden) and her beloved dog Gizmo. They will forever hold dear the memories and life lessons she imparted on them, the most important of which was to live a godly life. Connie's family was her greatest accomplishment and brought her endless joy.
Connie's love for her faith was evident in her regular attendance at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, which will be the venue for her memorial service. The service will be held on December 14, 2024 at 1:30 PM, offering a chance for loved ones to reminisce and celebrate the beautiful life she led.
In addition to her faith and family, Connie had a passion for crafting and making art, often gifting her beautiful creations to her loved ones. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as enjoying her morning coffee, and spending time at one of her favorite local spots, Coquina Beach.
With a spirit as vast and colorful as hers, Connie Toro made a significant impact on every individual she came across. She was a spitfire, with an enormous personality that warmed the hearts of all who knew her. Her enduring love, kindness, and generosity command an irreplaceable space in the hearts of her loved ones. We take comfort knowing that her spirit continues to live on through those that knew her.
