My thoughts and prayers go out to the Watson family and kids! C.O. as we called him at Barber Scotia College in Concord, North Carolina. Never in a million years would I have thought I would be making a status of your friendship, I knew nothing of New York and he had his thoughts of Ga. Che Scott introduced us over the telephone when he recruited Collin to BSC to play ball. I was star struck, never had a country boy from Georgia ever met a person that played ball at Ruckers Park. Here was my chance to ask questions and to live the experience thru a new founded mutual friend. That's the start to a brotherhood of no other. We texted each other just back in February trying to set up a trip for us to meet up, sadly it didn't happen. I will hold on to the memories and words you would speak of wisdom. Continue to watch over us and protect us! Love you Collin C.I. Watson, Barber Scotia's Kevin Garnett
I met Collin in 5th grade, remember playing basketball with him wishing I could be half as good as him- I never was nor will be. Although we haven’t seen each other in so many years, we messaged back and forth a couple years ago. Condolences to Collins family, children and friends- I know he is missed by many.

To the Watson family and family at large....
I am so heartbroken to have heard of the death of Colin. Colin was my Sunday School student.. he was church going until he stopped with his mom and his brother Courtney. Love this family that’s like my family. Colin was kinda quiet, but nice, respectable, said hello whenever I saw him. When his children were born, he was the happiest dad! He was surely like a son. I will never forget him....
Praying for you Courtney in respect of how you make sure Volda is good, and for your strength, the strength of his children and rest of family for such a time as this! Thank God for the legacy of Colin Watson!
Love you all! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🙇🏽‍♀️🙏🏽☝🏽☝🏽👈🏽💞💟
