Colleen Jill Cade was born in Okmulgee, Oklahoma on April 17, 1950. She is survived by her husband, Wade, her sister, Laurie, and husband, Jay, her son, Justin, and wife, Heather, and her daughter, Summer. She was a proud grandmother of five: Jaci, Keeley, Baron, Liberty, and Asher. She shared special bonds with all of her grandchildren and was adored by them all. She is preceded in death by her mother, Genny Jo Paup (Mimi) who passed in 2012.

Colleen's wit and charm made her a natural saleswomen where she found much professional success over the years. She was lover of many animals, especially dogs and horses. She volunteered with numerous dog rescue organizations in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and fostered countless dogs over the years. She specialized in providing a home for unadoptable dogs, often older and/or with special needs. One of the great joys of her life was riding horses and she spent many happy days with her sister, Laurie, and her many horses at their ranch in Oklahoma.

Colleen truly loved people and was extremely blessed with many wonderful friends. They celebrated their lives together and she was so thankful to have these special women in her life. She will be greatly missed by many.
