Colleen Jill Cade was born in Okmulgee, Oklahoma on April 17, 1950. She is survived by her husband, Wade, her sister, Laurie, and husband, Jay, her son, Justin, and wife, Heather, and her daughter, Summer. She was a proud grandmother of five: Jaci, Keeley, Baron, Liberty, and Asher. She shared special bonds with all of her grandchildren and was adored by them all.
