Colleen Dee Hughes, 65, passed peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on Saturday, July 29th. Colleen, Dee-Dee as she was affectionately known, was born in Marshall, Michigan on October 2, 1957. She moved with her parents, both Active Air Force, to Arizona when she was 7 years old. She grew up in Scottsdale and attended public school, followed by after school clubs and activities. After high school graduation in 1976, Dee-Dee moved to Washington, DC …
