It is with profound sadness that our family announces the sudden passing of Colin (Cubby), at the age of 58. He was predeceased by his mother, Beryl Barnes. He was survived  by his father, Gary Barnes, his sister, Paige Barnes, and her partner, Joerg Henssen, his three nieces, Nicole, Natalie, and Naomi, and her partner, Matt, his great-nieces, Lilly-Anne and Calliope, and great-nephew, Joe. 

Colin had many great friends who were like brothers to him and who will miss him dearly. 

Cubby had a big heart and was loved by many. We invite you all to his Celebration of Life on December 1st, from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm at the Rook and Raven Pub, located at 154 2nd Ave South. 

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in his name.
