Oh, Coleen was amazing. We had several family visits and joint vacations between brothers Gary and Greg over the years. One of our favorites was a trip to Lake Powell when the boys were young. We rented a houseboat and the cousins swam and scouted for lizards all the time. At one point, Coleen spotted AJ in a raft, being blown out of our cove. She didn't even say anything, just immediately dove into the cold lake and swam to rescue him. She was like that with everyone she loved--strong and capable and willing to tackle obstacles.

She was fierce in her devotion to Gary, Erica, Traci, Jake, Chris, AJ, and Deanna and her family. She was a strong, beautiful person with tremendous spirit. We miss her ever so much.

But also we're glad to have known her. Even just looking at pictures of her lifts our spirits and makes us feel still connected. Best wishes to our dear family and to everyone who knew her.   --Greg and Amber
